rokk ebony is committed to delivering excellence. If you are unsatisfied with your haircut or colour, please inform us within seven days (one week) of your hair appointment. We will make the required adjustments to your hair without a fee. No refunds will be given for services unless approved by rokk ebony head office.


Consultations are a vital part of our hairdressing service. This is where the magic begins so please bring pictures to help us with your inspiration. Consultations are complimentary and you can expect a quote for services prior to commencement.


Fringe trims are complimentary to existing rokk ebony clients, provided they have visited the salon for an appointment within the last eight weeks.


rokk ebony provides a complimentary dry-off service for clients having colour services. A dry-off is not the same as a blow wave which is a styling service. A dry-off simply removes moisture from the hair and enables colourists to see how the colour looks on the client’s hair. If you require your hair to be styled a certain way, please book an appointment for a blow wave.


Our rokk stars are always excited to see you! To avoid disappointment, please book up to two weeks in advance or make future bookings at the end of each service. We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm “Y” for Yes or cancel with “N” for No. rokk ebony reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. No-shows will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments. Bridal party bookings (2 clients or more) require a 50% deposit upon booking confirmation. All appointments booked outside of standard trade hours will incur a 30% surcharge and will require payment in full when making the appointment.


We understand that things come up! Please do your best to reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows and last-minute cancellations can impact other clients who want to book appointments with us! 24 hours cancellation notice is required to avoid 50% payment of service charge due to non-attendance.


The time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you. Please arrive on time or 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late please let us know; we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have the time to complete the whole service, in which case we will need to reschedule your appointment.


Please be mindful of your parking time restrictions as rokk ebony cannot be responsible for any parking fines obtained whilst in the salon.


rokk ebony requires full payment on completion of your appointment. We accept cash, direct debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.


Salon pricing may vary across rokk ebony salons/locations. Each salon operates independently and may be separately owned and managed. Our price structure reflects the educational level and technical experience of our stylists and colourists. All prices are in $AUD and are subject to change without notice. For accurate pricing, please request a complimentary in salon consultation. All quotes sent via email, phone, Facebook and/or Instagram are estimates only and may not be the final price for services required. If you require a more accurate quote, please book a complimentary consultation.


We do not provide refunds for products of any kind, however if a product is faulty then we will exchange it. This does not apply to electricals such as ghd styling irons. ghd warranty is provided by ghd.


Whilst utmost care is taken, rokk ebony accepts no responsibility for damage incurred to garments or personal items whilst in our salons.


rokk ebony reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to any member of our staff.


We ask that all guests and clients respect the privacy of our staff members and not “friend request” them on Facebook or other social media. rokk ebony staff are also required to adhere to this policy and are required to not accept friend requests. We apologize for the inconvenience but if you need to contact the salon after hours or wish to make an enquiry, we kindly request that you use our official social media pages on Facebook and/or Instagram.


Colour package services are with selected rokk ebony team members only. Appointments are subject to availability. Upgrades available. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discounts or promotions. If you are unsatisfied with your colour package service, please inform us within seven days (one week) of your hair appointment. We will redo your hair and make the required adjustments without a fee. No refunds will be given for colour package services unless approved by rokk ebony head office. Strictly non-transferrable. Non-redeemable for cash. rokk ebony reserves the right to cancel colour package services and promotions at any time.


rokk ebony gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and are valid for services only. Unused balances are not redeemable for cash but are transferable to your next appointment. If services exceed the voucher amount, balance of sale must be paid in full. Gift Cards are transferable to a family member or friend. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.


Students and children are entitled to a 15% discount on rokk ebony services. A valid student ID must be presented to redeem this offer. Not valid with any other promotion, discount or offer. Non-redeemable for cash.


New clients who have booked a service at rokk ebony are entitled to receive $25 off their visit. Clients must not have visited any other rokk ebony salon previously in order to be eligible for this discount. For first visit only. Not available with any other offer, package or discount.


Existing clients who refer a new client (“friend”) to rokk ebony are eligible to receive $25 off their next visit. The new client must identify, at the time of appointment, who has referred them, in order to activate the Refer A Friend offer. Not available with any other offer, package or discount.


If you’re not satisfied with your haircut, colour or other hair service, we will perform the service again at no extra cost with the same or a different hairdresser.
